This class runs approximately 2 hours.
Learn various ways of assessing your own energy field. You will assess your energy field at the beginning of the workshop for a baseline measurement. You will then assess your energy field after connecting with Source; and then again after Bonnie facilitates a short group energy balancing session.
In addition you will experience and learn:
- how your directed thoughts towards others affects their energy field
- how your directed thoughts towards others affects your energy field
- how group thoughts directed towards others affects their energy field
- how group thoughts directed towards others affects the groups energy field
- how your limited thoughts of yourself affect your energy field
- how your positive thoughts about yourself affect your energy field
- simple techniques to expand your energy field
The workshop will end with a healing meditation focused on balancing the energy fields of your emotional and mental bodies.
