Squared Breathing

Squared Breathing – this is a controlled breath exercise that brings spiritual will energy through all your chakras into your Basic Center chakra.  ***Breathe in to the count of 3, hold the in-breath to the count of 3, breathe out to the count of 3, hold the out-breath to the count of 3.  Repeat this pattern 8 times and work your way up to 20 to 30 times per day over the course of several months.  ***   This breathing pattern helps to stimulate your chakras, helps with peaceful sleep, reduces anxiety and fear, and increases your will to be and do.
